1. Agreement: This agreement represents the entirety of agreement between you, the user, and YNTO Online Series LLC ("the Company"), an independent subsidiary of YNTO Holdings LLC. The Company represents the interests of the content posted on this site, and the owners of said content. This page shows the entire agreement.
2. Liability: This web site may show dangerous actions that could result in serious injury or death. You, the user, agree to hold the company and its officers harmless in the event that you or someone you encourage tries what they see or hear of on here and is harmed or causes harm to another. Further, if your actions result in incurring liability, that liability is solely yours, not of the Company or the owners of the content.
3. Behavior: You agree that you will not infringe on content owners' copyrights, trademarks, or demonstrated inventions and patents. Further, you, the user, will not engage in conduct on this site that seeks to reduce the enjoyment of the service for any other user, either by direct actions (for example, posting hateful comments), or engaging in network-based attacks. The site will publish a code of conduct for its users from time to time, for which failure to comply after some number of warnings will result in cancellation of the account.
4. Jurisdiction: The Company is a Nevada Series LLC. All disputes with the Company shall be under the juristiction of the state of Nevada.
